INTAKE /CONSENT FORMS All guests must have forms filled out prior to the appointment. There will be NO services rendered until they are. If you do not fill out beforehand, you will need to do so at the time of appointment, which may take time away from said appointment or may need to be rescheduled. EXTRA GUEST OR CHILDREN Due to the safety of our guests and limited space, we will not allow any extra guests or children in the treatment room. Cancellation Policy
We value your time, and we thank you for valuing ours. We offer the ability to change, cancel, or reschedule 24hrs prior to your appointment. Any last-minute cancelation (24 hours or less) will result in a 25% charge of services booked.
